my john deere d140 22.0 hp twine engine riding mower only has 320 hours on it and after about 30 minutes of running it starts smoking and using oil
i did a compression check and both cylinders show 177 pounds pressure
I took the hose off the crank case breather valve and shined a light down in it and there is a small amount of oil in it
i have check for leaks and found none
any ideals of what the problem is would be appreciated
