The Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, Arizona now offers an AOC (Associate of Occupational Studies) degree program in motorcycle repair. The degree program requires 1500 hours of study compared to 1050 hours for the certificate program.
An AOC degree does not require general education classes like a traditional AS degree program. All time is spent studying the core subject.
