Disney has made it company policy to make it's people less White, straight and male. This document called "Inclusion Standards" is from The Walt Disney Company. Another name for this document could be: Institutionalized Racism and Sexism, which would be an accurate description, but Disney thinks it's good policy so they wrap in 'Inclusion Standards." I wonder when the new work force at Disney will start destroying effigy's of Walt Disney?
If you applied these standards to the people running The Walt Disney Company, this discrimination would end. In fact, I think it's time for CEO Robert A. Iger, to sacrifice his job and resign. Give your position to a black lesbian for maximum inclusion points. Show us all how important this is by falling on your own blade. That will never happen. It's like asking the uber rich who preach to everyone about the threats of climate disaster (another Leftist scam) to stop flying in their private jets.
