If war with Russia heats up and America reinstates the Selective Service draft, will the Biden administration be able to define what a woman is? Right now only men are forced to serve, but what about a man who puts on a dress and claims to be a woman? Will the Supreme Court be able to define what a woman is? If trans women are not allowed to evade the draft, isn't that trans phobic according to the Left's definition?
